Amazing customer service and my shoes never looked better. They saved my favorite black heels with a little bit of TLC. I love when people are honest and dependable, I dealt with the grandson of this 3rd generation hidden gem.

My mom has been going here since I was a kid, so when I spilled a whole glass of beer into and on top of the $300 purse my sister gave me for my birthday, i was extremely worried but I knew exactly where to take it. For only $35 he sterilized it inside and made it look brand new. It only took one week.
I really wish I had taken a before photo to post the difference and to show that their is a good reason why my family keeps returning. I am extremely happy with the results. I’m really glad and relieved he saved my little purse.

My Whites Boots are my babies. I paid $500 for them and theyre worth every penny. Saying that, you now understand how important my shoes are to me.
i called in and asked if they resoled my kind of shoes. i need a special sole for my boots. Whoever answered the phone said "Yes, it will take about 2 weeks and cost around $95".
to my relief, 2 weeks was better than the offered 4-6 weeks without shipping and handling from Whites Boots for around $125.
When i dropped my Whites off, Chris charged me $40 for a deposit and said to expect a call in two weeks.
I got my call in 8 days and and came into the shop surprised to see that not only they resole my boots, they cleaned and conditioned the leather. I am super happy. My boots look better than new. stitching is on point and i got my vibram soles. Ready for the 2018 fire season thanks to Vincents crew!
Great work done by Vincent's I had a pair of Red Wings resoled and an other pair of boots got a new heel. Both came out excellent and with quality workmanship. I will be going back for any other repairs I may need!
My husband's nubuck leather shoes were a bit dirty, and I attempted to clean one of them with some sort of oil-based leather cleaner, essentially ruining the shoe. The top of the shoe sustained a deep, dark stain, and it looked awful. I called several shoe repair shops, and everyone told me the same thing: "Nothing we can do. Shoe is ruined." When I called Vincent's, however, he said, "Bring the shoes in as soon as you possibly can. I think I can help." He took his time with the shoes, subjecting them to several careful cleanings. When I returned to the shop, he presented a pair of like-new, stain-free nubuck leather shoes. The owner of Vincent's is an artist with a deep understanding of the nuances of leather. Thank you!
I brought three pairs of braided leather Rainbow flip flops to Vincent's. All previously broke in the same spot, and had been repaired 1-2 times each at a competitor's shoe repair shop. All ultimately broke again within a few light activity uses. I thought I was going to have to discard them, but figured I'd give it one more shot.
Right off the bat, I was impressed by the level of personal responsibility and knowledge that Chris, the manager, exhibited. He assured me that the shoes would be fixed this time, and with lasting results. He then charged a price a few dollars cheaper per pair than the other repair shop (which adds up!), and met the pickup deadline he gave (which was not my experience with the competition). I've been wearing the shoes for months now, and I can truly say that Chris and his team are AMAZING at their craft, and I would highly recommend them! All fixed with zero re-breaks!
I can't believe how amazing my shoes turned out! I brought my well-loved Remix Vintage heels in to be painted, new heel tips, and part of the sole glued back down. I wore these shoes ALL the time and they were my favorite dance shoes, so I wasn't ready to give them up even though they were falling apart. Vincent's Shoe Repair seriously made them look brand new! Great customer service, amazing work, fair prices, and were ready on time. They have a customer for life!
